We provide a number of payment options which may be used individually or combined to finance your procedure.
Personal check, cashier’s check, money order (No out of Town Checks), or cash. Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. *Note: No personal checks for new consultations.
Payment is due in full two weeks prior to the date of your procedure. Personal checks require payment 14 days prior to surgery. This payment includes fees to the surgeon, hospital and anesthesiologist. Occasionally, additional charges may be necessary for prescriptions, special equipment, postoperative treatments or supplies. These payment obligations will be fully explained to you by our patient coordinator.
Payment is due in full 72 HOURS prior to the date of your cosmetic procedure. This payment can be conveniently made over the phone with a credit card if itor by a personal check if received by the office 2 weeks prior to your procedure. Occasionally, additional charges may be necessary for prescriptions, special equipment, postoperative treatments or supplies. These payment obligations will be fully explained to you by our patient coordinator.
Once you have selected your surgery date, we require a non-refundable deposit to hold your day and time. If you must cancel your surgery, you must do so prior to 2 weeks for your full deposit to be applied at a later date (up to one (1) Year).
