As a full-service plastic surgery office, our goal is to provide you with a pleasant, unintimidating, and stress-free experience. Our staff is always available to help you with your decisions and to guide you through this exciting process.

From the moment you enter our office, you’ll see that our commitment is with you and doing whatever it takes to create an experience that is positive, soothing and comfortable. The first person you’ll meet is SeTasha, our front desk coordinator. In addition to welcoming you, she’ll help you with your paperwork.

From there you’ll meet Shannon, our Practice Administrator. She’ll be your most valuable resource for answering scheduling questions and financial concerns. She will be your point person for any issues that may arise in planning your surgical experience, and any nonsurgical concerns that you may have after.

Once your surgery is completed, you’ll meet the Medical Assistant, Joy, who helps with our postoperative care. Our patients love her and rely on her for answering some of the more straight-forward post-operative questions that may arise. Joy may also assist Dr. Bootstaylor in your pre-operative evaluation appointment before surgery.

Equally important is our back office staff. Elle takes care of insurance issues, obtains authorizations for surgery from insurance companies and assists with scheduling surgeries. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding these kinds of issues, please feel free to speak with Elle. She knows how to move paper, get answers, and make quick work of a challenging job.
